Find detailed information regarding airport transfers and transportation to the Osijek congress venue here.
Our first group of participants will be arriving for the pre-tour to Varaždin on September 13th.
The bus will leave Zagreb Airport at 12:30.
At the airport, one of our team members will be waiting for you with a clearly visible IFAJ sign. She will welcome you and direct you to the bus.
15 September – Arrivals in Zagreb & transfer Osijek
A group of participants will arrive in Zagreb on 15 September.
Zagreb Airport → Osijek
For this group, a bus transfer to Osijek is organised at: 17:30
There will be an IFAJ team member at the airport with an IFAJ sign who will direct you to the bus.
Late arrivals – 22:00
Six participants will be arriving later in the evening.
For you, we have arranged a smaller van transfer from Zagreb Airport to Osijek, departing at: 22:00
16 September – Arrivals & Congress opening
Participants arriving in Zagreb on 16 September will have two organised transfers to Osijek.
Zagreb Airport → Osijek
First transfer: 14:00
Second transfer: 17:00 Second transfer: 20:00
An IFAJ team member with an IFAJ sign will be waiting at the airport and will direct you to the appropriate bus.
Budapest → Osijek
For participants arriving through Budapest, a smaller transfer for six people is organised on: 16 September at 16:30
20 September – Departures & Post-Tours
On the morning of 20 September, participants will begin their journeys from Osijek. Depending on your programme, you will be travelling:
to Zagreb Airport
to Zadar or Istria, where some of you will continue for two additional days on the post-tour.
Osijek → Zagreb Airport
One smaller van will depart quite early in the morning for five participants who have flights at around 08:00. The exact departure time will be communicated directly to those participants.
For everyone else travelling to Zagreb Airport, the main transfer will leave at approximately: 07:00 The exact timing will be confirmed in the WhatsApp group.
